Pam is a registered psychologist with graduate and post-graduate qualifications in psychology and social work. 

Pam worked at the Mindcare Centre in Broadway for more than 10 years, before the Centre closed at the end of 2020. 

She has a special interest in anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, couples, and families.

Pam is committed to assisting people with treatment strategies that are evidence-based.  She has a respectful, non-judgemental, warm, interpersonal style and tailors her work to fit the needs of individuals, adolescents, couples, and families requiring psychological care and dealing with challenging life experiences.

She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the Australian and NZ Infertility Association. 

Skills and experience

Pam graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Social Work in 1988. Pam spent more than 15 years working as a social worker for NSW Health, in psychiatry, intensive care, and sexual assault. She later applied her skills in specialised roles, as an accredited mental health social worker for the Legal Aid Commission of NSW, and in private IVF clinics including; IVF South, IVF Australia, and Monash IVF.

Pam also trained as a couples and family therapist at The Australian Institute of Family Therapy in 1990, specialising in Milan Systemic Family Therapy. Pam has also completed levels one, two and three in Gottman Method Couples Therapy with the Relationship Institute Australasia.

After completing her postgraduate qualifications in Psychology at Charles Sturt University in 2013, Pam worked at the Department of Juvenile Justice in a specialised role. She continues to work as a Senior Fertility Counsellor at Monash IVF.
